Riipen is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist!
We are adding to our team! Riipen is looking for a Demand Generation (Marketing) Specialist to join our Team. With experience and a passion for user generated content, experience and product value, you will help lead our team in delivering ongoing leads and traffic to Riipen.
You will be involved in working with a highly effective, remote and local teams in Vancouver and Toronto, working on the Riipen platform and all of its digital marketing tools services.
Our Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing comprehensive and innovative digital marketing programs aimed at generating demand and increasing brand engagement.
This is a full-time position and can be located in Vancouver or Toronto
Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop strategic SEO/SEM solutions for our inbound marketing programs.
Manage marketing programs in conjunction with the marketing team. You’ll focus on results, provide status updates, and make recommendations for campaign improvements.
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Contribute to finding new, creative, and efficient ways to acquire new leads and ongoing dialogue.
Design and execute inbound marketing programs to nurture targeted prospects into sales-qualified opportunities.
Engage with potential leads via LinkedIn and our on-site chat.
Lead and manage additional projects for the marketing team, as required.
Continue to grow personally and professionally
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of acquisition marketing
Data-driven with an understanding of key digital marketing metrics and analytics
Familiarity with paid ads (Google AdWords, Bing, re-marketing/retargeting etc.)
Strong understanding of a sales funnel and how to nurture leads
Experience with creating and optimizing email campaigns (good understanding of MailChimp)
Well-organized and detail oriented
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Hunter mentality with a strong desire to grow the business
Eager to learn and experiment
Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to work in fast-paced, start-up environment, with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
You are friendly, smart, and easy to work with;
Experience with marketing automation software (such as HubSpot or Marketo)
Experience working with Hootsuite and MailChimp
Demand generation experience at a SaaS/software company
Previous sales or business development experience
