As a BDR, you will be working with the Riipen Founders and the Industry Sales team to educate organizations (start-ups, SME’s, non-profits) on the benefits of project-based experiential learning and identify opportunities to close annual industry subscriptions. Your passion for connecting with people will directly contribute to growing North America’s fastest growing experiential learning marketplace and creating thousands of real-world experiences for students. In this role, you will be working to prospect, qualify and close industry platform subscriptions.
You will engage and build relationships with inbound industry sales leads through phone calls, emails, virtual demos and LinkedIn. You execute professional discovery calls to educate industry partners on the benefits of experiential learning and how Riipen’s technology supports their engagements. You will identify which subscription tier best serves the needs of the prospect and close them on an annual plan. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams at Riipen to solve problems and increase the overall value to our clients.
Supporting inbound leads and prospecting for high-value sales leads
Respond to inbound sales leads and execute professional phone calls with prospects to educate them on experiential learning
Conduct and assist in executing platform demonstrations and project brainstorming sessions with potential clients
Drive new industry subscription sign-ups by closing deals
Track and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot with timely and organized data entry
Continuous learning and development of technology, communication and sales skills to drive results
