As a Client Advocate, you will be working with Riipen’s post-sales team. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer support will contribute to our rapidly growing experiential learning marketplace - helping students throughout North America connect with some of the world’s most exciting companies. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of diverse organizations (start-ups, SME’s, non-profits etc.) and be responsible for on-boarding their team to the Riipen platform. You will help our clients brainstorm, create, and connect to the right experiential learning opportunities.
You will build relationships with our customers through phone calls, virtual demos, email and LinkedIn. You will work with our industry partners to identify their goals and educate them on what types of experiential learning opportunities could add value to their businesses. You will proactively help our industry partners learn to use the Riipen platform and will make regular recommendations for project opportunities that align with their goals and initiatives. Additionally, you will work with various teams at Riipen to solve our customers’ pain points and deliver solutions to drive results.
Build strong relationships with all industry clients, and assist with platform training and project ideation and design;
Maintain frequent communication with industry clients and proactively make project recommendations to drive success and create real meaningful opportunities for students;
Coordinate with other members of Client Success Team and Industry Sales to support industry clients;
Ensure the health of accounts at the individual user level with the goal of growing accounts (expanding into new departments within the organization);
Conduct and assist in the creation of training sessions and onboarding for new industry client users (this includes platform demos);
Coordinate with industry clients to develop internal roll-out and adoption plans to meet the desired goals and objectives of their organization;
Proactively track renewal dates and contract renewals; ensure on-time renewal and retention; identify opportunities for license upgrades and referrals;
Coordinate with Product Team (Tech) to relay industry clients’ priorities and inform the product roadmap
Work closely with clients to ensure services delivered exceed expectations and to address any areas of improvement;
Educate clients on the benefits of experiential learning
